  1. How does billing work? You'll be charged only once on the same date you subscribed. You can cancel any time with no penalties or fees.

  2. Can I cancel my subscription anytime? Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. We do not offer partial refunds for the month of cancellation. Contact billing@excellispace.com for any questions.

  3. Do you offer school or large group discounts? Yes. For large group rates, please select the “Initial Consultation: MDR Workshop” for a FREE 30 min consultation of group rates and workshop options.

  4. What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit cards and PayPal.

Using the Tools

  1. How long does it take to complete the full assessment? Most users complete the comprehensive assessment in 2 hours for both the MDR and PDP Programs, but you can save your progress and return anytime. Many families find it helpful to work through it together over several sessions.

  2. Can multiple family members use one account? Each subscription is designed for one student's major decision process. However, parents and family members can participate in the process and view results together.

  3. Is my information private and secure? Yes, we take privacy seriously. All your personal information and assessment results are encrypted and stored securely. We never share your data with third parties.

  4. What if I'm undecided between multiple majors? That's exactly what our tool is designed for! The MDR Tool helps you compare multiple majors’ side-by-side and provides frameworks for making the final decision.

  1. How do I access the accompanying Training Plan? Once you’ve created an account on www.excellispace.com and logged in.

    1. Click the drop-down button next to your name (upside-down “ ^ “).

    2. Go to “My Programs” , then you should see the designated Program you subscribed containing the material pertaining to your purchased plan.

  2. Do you provide one-on-one consultations? The MDR and PDP Tools are a self-guided platform, but we do offer a limited number of optional premium counseling sessions. This is also included in the MDR Lifetime PRO (Consult) and the PDP Lifetime PRO (Consult).

  3. Can I get help if I'm stuck or have questions? Yes! We provide email support and an accompanying MDR and PDP tutorial video to help you get the most out of your experience. Contact admin@excellispace.com

Technical Questions

  1. What devices can I use to access the MDR and PDP Tool? The MDR  and PDP Tools work best on computers and tablets with internet access and Microsoft Office Excel and Word. It has not been tested on Google Spreadsheets nor Google Word.

  2. Do I need to download any software? No additional software download is required. The MDR and PDP Tools use the Microsoft Office Excel and Word applications.

Results & Outcomes

  1. What if I disagree with my MDR results? The MDR Tool provides guidance and insights, but the final decision is always yours. Use the results as an aggregation of factors that help in your decision-making process, along with your personal preferences and circumstances.

  2. Can I retake assessments if my interests change? Yes! You can update your assessments anytime during your subscription period as your interests and goals evolve.

  3. How do I know if I should trust the recommendations? Our recommendations are based on your specific responses and proven decision-making frameworks. We encourage you to discuss results with trusted advisors, parents, and counselors as part of your decision process.

  1. How do I sign up for the free trial? Simply go to “MDR and PDP Programs" on our homepage and select the FREE plan. Create your account with an email and password. You will receive an email in less than 24 hours to access the program on the ExcelliSpace website www.excellispace.com. 

  2. Do I need a credit card for the free version? No. It is FREE!

  3. Can I start over if I want to explore different options? Absolutely! You can reset your assessments and explore different scenarios anytime during your subscription.
