How do I access the tool? After purchasing your MDR membership plan that includes a 7-day free trial, you will receive an email in less than 8 hours but no more than 24 hours informing you of the provisioned access to the MDR tool, hosted at https://mdr.excellispace.com. You will need to use the same email address that you used to sign up on www.excellispace.com to purchase your plan.

What's included in the free trial? Your 7-day free trial gives you:
1. Full access to the MDR Web Application Tool (best accessible on a computer or Tablet, current version not recommended for use on the phone) ALL PLANS

4. [FOR THE PLATINUM MEMBERSHIP ONLY] A One-time $100 for a 45min 1-on-1 consultation session (50% sale does NOT apply for this service). ... Parts 4-7 will be available once the 7-day free trial expires, and the user purchases the subscription.
How does billing work? You'll be charged monthly on the same date you subscribed. You can cancel any time before your next billing cycle with no penalties or fees.
Can I cancel my subscription anytime? Yes, you can cancel your subscription at any time. You'll continue to have access to the tool until the end of your current billing period. We do not offer partial refunds for the month of cancellation. Contact billing@excellispace.com for any questions.
Do you offer school or large group discounts? Yes. For large group rates, please select the “Initial Consultation: MDR Workshop” for a free 30 min consultation of group rates and workshop options.
What payment methods do you accept? We accept all major credit cards and PayPal.

Using the Tools

How long does it take to complete the full assessment? Most users complete the comprehensive assessment in 10-15 minutes, but you can save your progress and return anytime. Many families find it helpful to work through it together over several sessions.
Can multiple family members use one account? Each subscription is designed for one student's major decision process. However, parents and family members can participate in the process and view results together.
Is my information private and secure? Yes, we take privacy seriously. All your personal information and assessment results are encrypted and stored securely. We never share your data with third parties.
Can I print or save my results? Yes, currently you can export your top-ranking result as a PDFs for easy reference and sharing with counselors or family members. We are working on developing a PDF output for the comprehensive results soon. Your comprehensive results are saved within the system for your review anytime you log back in, until you reset your analysis to assess new majors.
What if I'm undecided between multiple majors? That's exactly what our tool is designed for! The MDR Tool helps you compare multiple majors’ side-by-side and provides frameworks for making the final decision.

How do I access the accompanying Training Plan? Once you’ve created an account on www.excellispace.com and logged in. Click the drop-down button next to your name (upside-down “ ^ “). Go to “Profile” , then select “Files” , then select "Favorites”. Click the “Go to library” button and you should see the folders containing the material pertaining to your purchased plan.
How do I access the Recorded Video Sessions? Once you’ve created an account on www.excellispace.com and logged in. Click the drop-down button next to your name (upside-down “ ^ “). Go to “Videos”.
Do you provide one-on-one consultations? The MDR Tool is a self-guided platform, but we do offer a limited number of optional premium counseling sessions. This is included in the MDR Premium Plan.
Can I get help if I'm stuck or have questions? Yes! We provide email support and an accompanying MDR tutorial video to help you get the most out of your experience. Contact admin@excellispace.com

Do I need a credit card for the free trial? Yes. You will need to provide your credit card information, but you won’t be charged until the 7-day trial period ends.
What happens after my free trial ends? If you choose to continue, you'll be automatically enrolled in the monthly subscription. You'll receive email reminders before your trial ends, and you can cancel anytime if you decide not to continue.
Can I start over if I want to explore different options? Absolutely! You can reset your assessments and explore different scenarios anytime during your subscription.
